How do I know if the kitchen is kosher?
Kosher Serenity has the option to have our mashgiach go to the home to kasher the kitchen. Please see the K.S. Experience page for your options.
What if the house is not as described upon arrival?
Our core value at Kosher Serenity is honesty. We proudly stand behind each of our Villas and Mansions. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please reach out to us so we can make it right.
Are linen, towels and toiletries provided?
Upon arrival you will find fresh linen, towels, soaps, shampoos and other toiletries.
Is it possible to get housekeeping service while I am staying at a home?
Of course. Please reach out to our concierge department to have housekeeping arranged.
What is your cancellation policy?
Kosher Serenity refunds 50% of the reservation fee for all cancellations prior to 30 days before reservation date. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund money within 30 days of reserved date.
What is the minimum night stay?
There is a two night minimum stay at each of our properties.
